The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service excellence and have a proven track record in training and developing customer service professionals.You will play a key role in enhancing our customer service operations by delivering high-quality training programs that empower our team to provide exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customer service representativesConduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gapsCreate engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshopsFacilitate classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is delivered effectivelyEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metricsProvide ongoing coaching and support to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performanceCollaborate with the customer service management team to align training initiatives with business objectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and training methodologiesMaintain accurate records of training activities and participant progressExperience You’ll have a proven track record of successfully delivering effective training within a corporate organisation.You’ll have been there and have the stripes to prove it!
