Our work spans executive and non executive board appointments and senior leadership hiring across the full range of business functions.With deep insight into global consumer markets, we identify leaders who inspire multi cultural and multi generational teams in a sustainable and commercially effective way.We are hiring an Executive Search Associate to join our growing Global Consumer practice.This opportunity could suit:An experienced recruiter looking to transition into retained executive searchSomeone with commercial or industry experience who is interested in building a long term career in executive search and leadership advisory.You will work closely with experienced executive search professionals and gain exposure to senior level hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and global market mapping.We are looking for intellectually curious individuals who are commercially minded, relationship driven and motivated by long term career development.What you will be doingMapping global consumer markets, competitors and leadership structuresIdentifying and engaging senior leadership talent across international marketsConducting detailed candidate outreach and assessment conversationsSupporting retained executive search delivery from briefing through to appointmentManaging candidate and client processes with a high level of professionalismProducing market insight and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholdersBuilding long term relationships with senior executives and industry leaders Contributing insight into market trends and potential client opportunitiesThe level and scope of responsibility will reflect your previous experience and background.For experienced recruiters, there is an opportunity to take ownership of search delivery and candidate engagement quickly.
