This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client delivery—owning large-scale deployments and ongoing program performance across systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms.You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage global client relationships, and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions.
The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:Program LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of global electronic security programs, from initiation through execution and continuous improvementDefine program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with client and organizational goalsDevelop scalable frameworks for multi-site, multi-country deploymentsStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for global clients and senior stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with regional teams, vendors, and partnersCommunicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to executive leadershipOperational ExecutionCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, installation, IT, and supportStandardize processes across regions while adapting to local regulatory and operational requirementsDrive consistency in system design, deployment, and maintenance practicesRisk & ComplianceIdentify program risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with international security standards, data protection laws, and local regulationsOversee vendor performance and contract adherenceFinancial OversightManage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsTrack financial performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvementsContinuous ImprovementAnalyze program performance data and implement improvementsDrive innovation in security technologies and delivery modelsCapture lessons learned and apply best practices globallyJob Skills Requirements:Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFinancial acumen and budget management experienceFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
