Responsibilities:Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional mannerManaging calls, emails, enquiries, and appointment bookingsSupporting new members from initial enquiry through to onboardingMaintaining accurate patient records and administrative systemsProcessing payments confidentially and professionallyEnsuring the reception and patient areas remain calm and invitingWorking collaboratively with the wider clinic teamSupporting operational and administrative tasks where requiredUpholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentialityExperience Required
