Project CoordinatorMelton Mowbray area12-Month Fixed Term ContractFull Time, Monday to FridayUp to £30,000 per annumBenefits of the Project Coordinator role include 33 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, retail discounts, and free on-site parking.We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a busy projects team on a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
This Project Coordinator role will involve supporting installation projects from start through to completion, ensuring projects remain on track and stakeholders are kept informed throughout.This is a varied Project Coordinator position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks, and supporting successful project delivery across several departments and site teams.What You’ll Be DoingKey responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include:Inputting and updating client enquiries within the CRM system, tracking projects from quotation through to completion and invoicingCoordinating with internal departments, subcontractors, and site teams to support smooth project deliveryRaising purchase orders, gathering project costs, and assisting with planning and scheduling activitiesPreparing RAMS documentation and maintaining accurate project recordsCommunicating project updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleAttending planning meetings and supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordinationEnsuring project documentation is updated accurately and maintained in line with company proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this Project Coordinator role, you’ll need:Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Projects Administration roleIdeally experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or another site-based environmentExperience using CRM systems to manage project information and updatesStrong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and SharePointExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levelsA proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects progressing to scheduleIf you are an experienced Project Coordinator looking for a varied role within a busy and supportive environment, we would like to hear from you.
