We are looking for new talent to support our pubs across the Midlands area.Your role as General Manager Designate:Support our GM's with the overall management of our sites, maintaining front and back of house standards to drive excellence in food and drink deliveryEnsuring guests are cared for to the highest standards and expectations exceededDelivering against key measures of sales, profit, and team retention whilst having fun along the way!Conduct regular stock control and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter controlCreate and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring successionRegular employee appraisals and implementation of performance managementRequirements:Energetic and vibrant, you will be the face of our businesses and have a natural flair for hospitality and the ability to motivate and lead a team through your passion, standards and commitment.Previous Management experience, ideally gained in a wet led community pub environmentExcellent operational skills as well as a solid base of back office managementFull financial understanding, and be able to react to the ever-changing needs of the businessThe ability to lead from the front and develop & train the team where requiredA result driven and ambitious individual excited at the opportunity to grow your businessA passion for the industry and the challenges that come with itEnergy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your teamWe will provide you with a great package including:£37,000 - £45,000 + bonus28 days holidayPrivate HealthcareLife assuranceHoliday Buy and SellCompany Pension schemeRetail and beer discountsRefer a friend BonusCycle to work scheme50% off food on shiftEmployee assistance programmeBenefits portalCareer development programmeFun culture surrounded by a supportive team
