Since then, we’ve continued to grow rapidly as adoption of AI in financial services accelerates, and we’re now scaling our team to meet that demand.The RoleWe’re looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our growing Delivery and Implementation team.

Reporting to the Implementation Lead, you’ll play a critical role in helping financial services clients successfully adopt and deploy Aveni’s AI-powered solutions.This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, technical delivery and product implementation.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, translate requirements into actionable deliverables, and act as a key bridge between customer teams and Aveni’s internal engineering and product functions.You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, working collaboratively with clients, and helping deliver innovative technology into real-world production environments.What You’ll Be DoingWorking closely with clients to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges and implementation requirementsTranslating client needs into clearly defined deliverables for engineering and product teamsSupporting implementation planning, including milestones, timelines and stakeholder updatesActing as a key point of contact throughout the client implementation lifecycleManaging and triaging technical issues, feedback and readiness activities during deploymentSupporting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure successful solution deliveryProviding post-implementation support during agreed support periods and peak delivery phasesCollaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Account Management and Customer teams to ensure successful outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience in technical analysis, software implementation, solution consulting or similar rolesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong technical proficiency and analytical problem-solving abilityA proactive, dependable and self-starting mindsetComfortable working directly with clients in fast-paced delivery environmentsExperience supporting software implementations and deploymentsInterest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologiesInterest in financial services and fintechNice to HavePrevious experience working within financial servicesExperience managing client relationships and stakeholder communicationsExposure to testing, QA or implementation planning activitiesWhy Join Aveni?You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious team building AI products that are genuinely transforming how financial services organisations operate.
