SAP Team Lead

We’re hiring a SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping people technology strategy.Reporting into IT Operations, you’ll lead a team of SAP specialists responsible for the delivery, optimisation, and governance of our SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business to drive innovation, streamline processes, and maximise the value of our People systems.Responsibilities:Leading the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & more)Owning system releases, enhancements, and roadmap alignment with People StrategyEnsuring data integrity, compliance (GDPR), and robust governance processesDriving automation, efficiency, and improved user experience across HR systemsManaging key supplier relationships and £1M+ licence budgetsInfluencing senior stakeholders and leading strategic change initiativesKey Skills and Experience:Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR systemsProven team leadership in a systems/IT environmentExpertise in HR processes, data, and system optimisationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work at paceYou will be joining a business that puts their people first and is passionate about making a difference in the world.Hybrid working - 1 - 2 days in Greater Manchester - exceptional benefits
