Not your average role… This exciting opportunity of SGA Dispatch at Queen Street will include providing a high standard of customer service to the travelling customers.
Duties involve station cleaning, train dispatch, customer assistance, seat reservations, train labelling and LPO duties.
What you bring * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. * Can remain calm and professional under pressure. * Is punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming station environment * Customer Service SVQ (Scottish Vocational Qualification) would be advantageous * Understanding of railway geography * Ability to remain calm and handle customer interactions during service disruptions * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Full training will be provided Further information
Station Grade Area and Internal General Purpose Relief and Rest Day Relief posts will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company, up to a maximum of 13 Sunday turns per calendar.
