International Arbitration Paralegal Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced International Arbitration Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to join their London office.

Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process International Arbitration Paralegal Skills & Requirements
Applicants must have 2-3 years’ Paralegal experience in International Arbitration within a law firm Applicants must be available immediately or at very short notice Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
