Contract Office Services Clerk in Philadelphia Up to 21hr

Our client, a well-established law firm located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Office Services Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will support the firm with administrative tasks as they prepare to renovate their Philadelphia office.

About You:

• 1+ year of administrative experience
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow directions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team

About the Job:

• Assist with document purging projects and follow detailed team instructions
• Pack, label, and organize boxes for storage or relocation
• Move bins and office materials as needed and perform light shredding
• Support general office upkeep and organization
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Our client is seeking a professional with prior office experience to join their team and make an immediate impact. This is a contract position expected to run through early August, with the potential for extension.
