About the Role
As an Enterprise Supplier Management Analyst, you will play a key role in vendor management , ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations, SLA compliance , and performance benchmarks . You will oversee supplier interactions, support audits, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs , and contractual terms.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and coordinate vendor audit activities.
- Support vendor negotiations, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supplier governance solutions .
- Develop and present supplier performance insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor records in SharePoint and other internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in vendor interactions, procurement, or supplier management .
- Strong analytical skills to support procurement strategies.
- Pay: 40-50/hr
- Ability to work in time-sensitive and ambiguous situations .
- Experience with contract negotiation and supplier performance tracking .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
- Experience in business process outsourcing and insurance industry .
- Strong project management and strategic sourcing expertise.
