Gage Hospitality Group is currently seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join Acanto Restaurant + Wine Bar located on Michigan Avenue, steps from Millennium Park. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant's high food productivity and quality standards are maintained.
