Physician / Otolaryngology / Florida / Permanent / Chief of Pediatric ENT Position in Southern FL

Optimum is thrilled to partner with a prestigious academic facility in southern Florida, offering an exciting opportunity for a Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology to lead a dedicated team in a rewarding and innovative environment.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• On-Call: Minimal, 3-4 times per year
• Responsibilities: Split time evenly between clinic and surgery, with one dedicated leadership day each week (80/20 split)
• Case Types: Bread and butter pediatric ENT (tubes, tonsils, airway management, vascular formations, and more)
• Leadership: Oversee 2 pediatric ENTs
• EMR: Epic and Cerner
• Support Team: Full range of subspecialists available
• Requirements: Board certification
