Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and varies based on factors such as role scope, location, candidate skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives.

What Is the Opportunity?
As an HR leader within Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS), the Director, HRBP, is a key member of the HR, End-User Services, and Hosting Engineering teams. You will drive organizational excellence and business outcomes through talent strategies, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies with HR implications.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Providing organizational development leadership, including workforce planning and design.
- Utilizing analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Staying informed on industry trends and economic factors affecting HR strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary HR leader with a strong understanding of technology organizations' talent challenges, capable of driving transformational change and measurable results.
What Will You Do?
- Work with senior leadership to develop strategic plans aligning HR services with business goals.
- Lead HR planning efforts for a skilled workforce, including talent acquisition, development, and engagement processes.
- Provide strategic leadership for HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Partner with HR teams to develop and implement practices and policies supporting business objectives.
- Engage in professional networks to stay current on social, economic, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR organizational success.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Minimum of eight years of HR experience, including successful partnership with senior leaders.
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
- Extensive HR knowledge across disciplines like organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.
- Proficiency in benefits, learning, staffing, and HR metrics analysis; experience with Workday and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Knowledge of property casualty insurance and the technology industry is advantageous.
- Limited travel may be required.
What is a Must Have?
- At least five years of related HR experience in a generalist role.
- Broad knowledge of HR functions including organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.
