As part of our continued growth, we are increasingly focused on data-driven decision making and the thoughtful adoption of digital tools to enhance project delivery.ROLE DESCRIPTION:We are seeking an Associate Director (Project Management) to join our London-based team.In this role, you will take ownership of project performance across programme, quality, and risk, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives from inception through to completion.
Typical project values range from £20m–£150m.We value individuals who are strategically and commercially astute, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in innovation, technology, and data-led approaches that enhance project delivery and reporting across their portfolio.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead multiple complex projects for key clients across all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectivesManage programme, risk, and senior stakeholder coordination across projectsBuild and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisorDrive commercial performance, including fees, appointments, and business riskMentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and excellenceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Proven experience leading complex projects and project teamsStrong strategic thinking and commercial acumenPassion for innovation, technology, and data-led approachesMRICS or relevant professional qualification preferredDeep understanding of the Real Estate and Construction industryMRICS or other relevant professional qualification preferredDemonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction IndustryWHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:Collaboration
