Wellview Field Advisor

14/14 Rotational schedule in Midland
â Trainers must have a working knowledge of the WellView applications and be able to address any and all questions concerning its functionality.
â Must have knowledge of drilling and completions operations
â WellView Trainers are expected to perform field and office training. This includes but not limited to supporting the field teams & all office locations on new data standards and all data issues.
â Each trainer will be responsible for training new guys in their area
â Maintain Spreadsheet on new hire training
â Trainers will assist with well QC this includes Cost, Phases, Schematics, ect.
â Daily training with Ops Techs
â Traveling to LCO to facilitate D&C Office training needs.
â Trainers must be able to train and address all WellView training needs ie, reports queries building, and have a working understating of the WLR audits and the ability to create them.
â Wellview Training Documents
â Each trainer must be able to create training documents using department templates and files.
â Ad-hoc Wellview Data Pulls
â Assists in Data Standards for Wellview (not limited to):
â Standardized Libraries
â Development of Recurring Costs Initiatives in Wellview
â Standardized Quick Reference Guides
â Assist in UDL changes in Wellview (As needed)
â Review Functional Requirements w/Analyst Group
â Identify UDL additions and or subtractions as it relates to D&C needs.
â Once the UDL is rolled into Dev the WV Trainer is responsible for modifying reports and training docs' to reflect D&C needs.
â 24/7 Wellview Support (some IT backup)
â IT Liaison: Be the go to between the field and IT as it applies to the WellView application.
