Flavorist

Job Title: Flavorist – Chicago, IL

About the Role:

CM Medical are currently partnered with a leading global flavor manufacturer that are looking to bolster their team due to growth of the business. You'll be working across the Beverage, Sweet, and Savory categories within a super-collaborative team. You'll be using your knowledge of both natural and synthetic flavor creation, modulation and matching to develop winning solutions for the food and beverage industry. The best bit is, you don't need to be fully certified for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize flavor formulations to meet client needs
• Conduct sensory evaluations and troubleshoot flavor challenges
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Work cross-functionally to support product development and commercialization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years of flavor creation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
