Job Details:

• BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Strong leader with proven experience in hospital or post-acute/SNF medicine
• Flexible schedules and work-life balance
• Employed Full-time position (M-F) Avg 40-50 hrs
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
• Leadership skills to effectively support mid-levels
