Job Title: mid-level IT Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ - Onsite 4x per week

Job Type: Permanent Direct Hire - FTE

Salary: $80k-$85k

Work Authorization: must be able to work directly on W2 forever as an FTE with our client

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of experience as a BA
• Strong understanding of Agile processes to include sprints, sprint cycles, etc
• Strong SDLC knowledge
• Ability to complete common BA tasks such as requirements gathering, story creation, backlog grooming/refinement, etc
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira

Day to Day:

Our enterprise banking client is looking for a mid-level BA to join their team! This position is open due to an internal promotion. This BA will support software development teams who work specifically on application onboarding. This resource will need to be local to Phoenix and comfortable coming going onsite 4x per week.
