Director, Client Insights Consultant - Account Leader (Hybrid - Milwaukee or Chicago area)

Join us at Circana as a Director, Client Insights Consultant - Account Leader in a hybrid role based in Milwaukee or Chicago. This position involves leading client relationships, developing impactful insights, and managing a high-performance team to address key business issues for clients like Johnsonville.

Role Highlights:

• Location: Sheboygan, WI or Chicago, IL (On-site approximately 4-5 days/month)
• Leadership: Oversee a team of 1 Client Service member
• Key Responsibilities: Drive data-driven insights, develop tailored solutions, lead client engagements, and foster long-term partnerships
• Data Access: Utilize Circana’s Liquid Data platform and extensive consumer behavior data assets

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in retail, CPG, or brokerage environments
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Degree: Undergraduate required; advanced degree preferred
