Responsibilities

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Program Director , you will be responsible for:

• Managing large, complex cloud-hosted informatics application projects in a regulated environment, driving all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure to realize the business benefits associated with product development.
• Leading a large project team, including a Core Team made up of cross-functional disciplines.
• Managing substantial project budgets and resources.
• Delivering on all phase gates of a project, including quality deliverables.
• Managing stakeholders, including clear communication of progress to governance teams.

Candidate Profile

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the following and wish to develop your career with Healthineers:

• You have comprehensive training in Project Management disciplines and ample experience in managing complex cloud-hosted informatics application Product Development projects.
• You can assess projects against organizational strategy and maintain the Project Value Proposition.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, developing, implementing, and managing detailed project plans.
• You can analyze project constraints and risks to identify mitigations and opportunities.
• You possess strong leadership and communication skills and can relate well to senior leadership.
• You have strong decision-making skills and experience working with external partners and OEMs.
• You pay attention to quality and ensure compliance with FDA and regional regulatory requirements.

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Technical bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 15+ years of experience in product development project management, with a proven track record.
• 7+ years in a regulated environment such as life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries, preferably Lab Diagnostics.
• Certification in project management.
