Job Description
Our client in downtown Houston is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This position will act as the primary resource for managing, troubleshooting, and improving HRIS processes, reporting, and data entry systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize UKG Pro (preferred), Workday, or SuccessFactors to manage HR systems and ensure functionality within the HR environment.
Run and analyze reports regularly, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Handle a ticketing system to manage tasks such as adding degrees and majors, automating onboarding processes, resolving manual mis keys, and maintaining data integrity.
Update, amend, and test reports to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Address data translation discrepancies between ADP Payroll and UKG and troubleshoot any issues affecting payroll data processes.
Collaborate with the IT team (responsible for coding) to resolve HRIS-related technical challenges.
Work with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role, OR
6+ years of experience without a degree.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro (preferred), Workday, or SuccessFactors.
Experience with ticketing systems and report management.
Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, and automating HR processes.
Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and resolving integration issues.
Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Human Resources environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical processes effectively.
This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 95K plus benefits working a hybrid schedule.
