Trademark/Copyright Associate Attorney

LHH, formerly known as Parker + Lynch Legal, is assisting a top law firm in NYC in its search for an experienced associate for their Trademark & Copyright group. An ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years of experience with domestic and international trademark prosecution, TTAB and opposition proceedings and global anti-counterfeiting enforcement.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with trademark prosecution, TTAB and opposition proceedings and global anti-counterfeiting enforcement

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admitted to the NY bar
