Senior Litigation Attorney

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate and construction litigation and will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload related to property disputes
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on real estate and construction
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• The candidate will represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on real estate disputes
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct depositions and manage the discovery process
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and real estate trends to provide informed counsel
