LOCATION:

• On-site in Mooresville, NC

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of HVAC materials, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order processing
• Align deliveries with project schedules through close coordination with suppliers and field staff to support just-in-time inventory
• Proactively monitor lead times and adjust orders to avoid delays and minimize excess inventory
• Manage procurement needs across a high volume of projects simultaneously, maintaining prioritization and organization
• Leverage procurement systems to process orders, generate reports, and analyze data for process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, enhance procurement efficiency, and support special projects

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 3+ years of procurement experience, ideally in construction or HVAC, with strong vendor coordination skills
• Proficient in procurement/financial systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel for reporting
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with HVAC products is a plus; must be adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a team-oriented setting
