- Help define internal processes, tools, and best practices for future mission-critical construction
- Eventually hire and manage a dedicated internal delivery team
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5+ in mission-critical/data center delivery
- Deep understanding of the construction process for large-scale, ground-up data centers
- Familiar with mission-critical infrastructure including MEP systems, UPS, and commissioning
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including developers, clients, and contractors
- Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and cross-functional environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $180,000–$220,000 base salary + annual performance bonus
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match
