Litigation Attorney

Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service business law firm with nine offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney in New York City.

This position is for you if you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities.

The ideal Litigation Attorney will possess the following:

• Three to five years’ experience in litigation.
• Experience in various cases - general liability, premises liability, complex commercial, construction defect, insurance defense, and civil litigation matters.
• Extensive experience in all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and has impeccable communication skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
• Licensed to Practice Law in New York.
• Licensed to Practice Law in New Jersey is a plus!
