Machine Shop Supervisor

Our client, an established organization in Fresno, CA is looking for a dynamic Machine Shop Supervisor to join their team!

Salary: $80k - $100k

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machinists and operators

Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery

Perform quality checks and maintain high standards of precision

Set up and troubleshoot manual and CNC machinery

Qualifications

✔️ 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment

✔️ Strong knowledge of manual and CNC machines

✔️ Experience with editing programs and tooling

✔️ Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings
