Senior Procurement Specialist

Seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist with a strong background in government purchasing and construction contract management . This role requires at least 5 years of procurement experience focused on sourcing and managing contracts for infrastructure projects (e.g., building, repair, maintenance). Must have in-depth knowledge of public procurement laws, RFP/RFQ development, contract compliance, and vendor negotiations. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as this position works closely with internal teams and external contractors. Candidates should be organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
