Are you an experienced property manager ready to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial condo associations? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Commercial Condo Association Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ .
You’ll manage a portfolio of 15+ commercial condo associations , acting as the key point of contact for board members, owners, vendors, legal counsel, and internal departments. You’ll also work closely with another manager to ensure consistent coverage across a broader shared portfolio.
This role combines property operations, financial oversight, board governance, and capital planning—all while keeping owners informed, compliant, and satisfied.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations and governance for 15+ commercial condo associations
- Serve as liaison between boards, vendors, owners, legal counsel, and service providers
- Lead board meetings: scheduling, agendas, ballots, minutes, voting compliance, and quorum
- Advise boards on maintenance planning, budgeting, compliance, and long-term reserve needs
- Oversee property inspections, capital improvements, and vendor management
- Coordinate budgeting, reserve account planning, CAM reconciliations, and audits with accounting
- Review financial statements, approve payables, and manage receivables
- Track insurance certificates and maintain compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate lease data and association records using Yardi or similar software
- Stay current on applicable laws and regulations affecting commercial condo associations
- Provide cross-coverage and portfolio support with your team counterpart
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years in property management, including 3+ years managing commercial condo associations
- Arizona Real Estate License (required)
- Proven experience with board governance, capital planning, vendor coordination, and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of commercial ownership structures and shared asset maintenance
- Confidence running board meetings and facilitating elections and voting
- Excellent organization, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree not required
