Our client is a mid-sized, privately-held manufacturer of a diverse range of highly innovative products (industrial & consumer markets). Reporting to the Board, this President will lead, mentor and develop a talented team of business unit executives as well as shared services functions. The President (& team) will orchestrate double-digit growth in their core businesses, as well as personally contribute to the success of market expansion & investment initiatives. The President will also Champion the employee engagement & community outreach programs.

Location: Based in the Green Bay area, this is an onsite role and not suitable for a remote or hybrid commuting executive.

Travel: Varies. The executive team & majority of facilities are based in the immediate vicinity.
