Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for active litigation cases

• Conduct legal research and apply findings to case strategy

• Manage written discovery and dispositive motion practice

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Maintain regular communication with clients and team members

• Assess case documents and provide litigation reports

• Oversee multiple matters across both state and federal courts

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in litigation, preferably insurance defense or coverage

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin (additional admissions a plus)

• Knowledge of civil procedure in both state and federal jurisdictions

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
