IMPACT Legal Resources is currently working with a corporate law firm in NY and Los Angeles that has a revolutionary corporate maintenance practice for entity formation, corporate minutes, resident agent and FinCen. The New York office needs a Senior Corporate Attorney with dynamic Entity Formation experience to communicate and advise with high caliber clients.
