Litigation Attorney

LHH is partnering with a full-service, multi office, regional law firm that is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Columbus office. This role is unposted, high priority search for the firm.

The ideal candidate will have;

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, or personal injury litigation

• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills

• Experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice; and court appearances.

• Ohio bar licensure, good standing or ability to become barred
