Real Estate Specialist / Developer

**Telecom experience is required

**Tower companies experience will be preferred but not a dealbreaker

**Must be local

We’re looking for a Real Estate Specialist / Developer who can drive permitting and contractual processes from start to finish while collaborating cross-functionally and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site acquisition vendors for Microwave transport projects
• Perform lease and title due diligence
• Communicate with landlords and jurisdictions
• Track project milestones and manage budgets
• Attend zoning hearings and conduct site visits
• Escalate site-critical issues to leadership with solutions
• Ensure timely review and processing of vendor invoicing

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–7 years of telecom experience
• Strong knowledge of land use, zoning, and lease negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, RF data, and leases
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with project tracking and database tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior tower companies experience
• Experience working on legal, contracts, or construction aspects of Microwave Backhaul projects
