Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent with a strong background in managing large-scale commercial construction projects averaging $40M+. This role is responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has extensive experience coordinating complex schedules, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

You will lead onsite teams from groundbreaking through closeout, collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with ground-up builds, high-rise, healthcare, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
