As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Pre-Production Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries regarding new and existing orders
• Generate accurate quotes and enter approved orders into Smart Glazier software for production
• Create detailed glass and shower door drawings using Smart Glazier
• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
• Proactively follow up on sales leads and customer referrals

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Smart Glazier and/or Optima software is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
