Shipping Clerk

Red River Brick is the premiere brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S. Drawing its name from the Red River of the South, Red River Brick includes eight production sites across key brick markets in Texas and Oklahoma, with more than 70 unique residential and commercial design offerings distributed through eight direct retail centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for printing load tickets for outbound loads
• Receiving and checking all inbound material following audit guidelines
• Provide assistance in Inventory accuracy
• Provide customer service
• Computer skills needed to perform all of shipping, receiving, CPU, RMA, IC and all other orders that part of the daily transactions

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• SAP experience a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety, health, and quality

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• General computer skills with Microsoft word and excel
• Communicate with sales and truck drivers
• Must be willing to learn all processes of the planet and functions of all departments
• Will require flexibility, weekends, and nights when needed to fulfill shipment requirements
• Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
