Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Operations Project Manager with aspects of tradeshow and showroom operations. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, works well under pressure, is organized, proactive and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines. This role requires travel at least 30% of the year and provides support to the entire Visual Team. Position is an onsite position located in City of Industry, CA
What you can offer us:
- Support the Sales Operations Project Manager with product tag generation for all tradeshows and permanent showrooms through the use of an online tag platform and working with our marketing team. This includes:
- Downloading all SKUs from internal portals into online tag platform
- Providing the Sales Operations Project Manager with a list of products that need tags for Marketing to manually produce
- Proofing data for accuracy of prices, finish options and selling information
- Downloading photos and other pertinent information from corporate office systems into online tag platform prior to show
- Interfacing with Product Development to clarify data and rectify any issues with the data prior to downloading into online tag platform
- Support the Sales Operations Project Manager with on-site operational aspects of tradeshows including facilities, catering, labor, supplies, sales collateral, occasional visual support and other varied tasks
- Support the Sales Operations Project Manager with sales meetings, and sales events in all aspects of timelines, tasks, and coordination as it pertains to all work within team and with brand sales directors.
- Maintain Visual department calendar with key dates – travel dates, shipment dates, etc.
- Assist the Sales Operations Project Manager with sourcing all supplies that support the operations of tradeshows and showrooms
- Occasionally support the Sales Operations Project Manager with reconciling expenses for the visual team, specifically coding credit card statements

Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Business or Communications or a combination of education and experience
- Computer proficient in online platforms and programs, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office. Strong proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience working with complex data and computer systems
- Experience with sourcing materials and supplies in support of large-scale event planning
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in project management and/or managing trade shows
- Required travel 30% per year for up to 2-4 weeks at a time

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little guidance
- Physical activity required. Able to lift 30+ pounds if needed.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting occasionally to assist with projects and pitch in when required.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate future needs without guidance from upper management

- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
