Food/Beverage Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for 3rd shift operations (exact hours will be determined by employee and manager). Prior experience with perishables such as food and beverage is required. Prior management experience of 2+ years is required.

Responsibilities:

• Executes the production plan by scheduling and assigning work, setting priorities, resolving issues, tracking progress, and reporting on shift results.
• Compiles and analyzes production data to provide accurate performance insights and respond to operational inquiries.
• Analyzes and improves procedures and systems to enhance efficiency, streamline recordkeeping, and meet budgetary and staffing requirements.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by educating staff on equipment usage and safety protocols; ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Works cooperatively with others and adheres to all organizational standards and policies.
