• Forecast workforce needs and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Drive employer-branding campaigns, referral programs, and diversity sourcing efforts.
• Own candidate experience—analytics, process mapping, ATS optimization, and vendor management.
• Launch high-impact onboarding that accelerates new-hire ramp-up and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state footprint.
• Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment in partnership with Finance.
Employee Relations & Culture
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees.
• Lead conflict-resolution, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
• Champion DEI and wellness programs that strengthen our culture and reduce turnover.
Performance & Development
• Manage goal-setting, mid-year, and annual review cycles.
• Identify skill gaps and implement learning paths, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Track KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, eNPS) and present insights to leadership.
Strategic HR Partner
• Align people strategy with business OKRs and growth plans.
• Support organizational design, headcount planning, and change management efforts tied to acquisitions and new site launches.
Ideal Profile
- Experience: 8 + years of progressive HR leadership, including deep ownership of recruiting/talent acquisition.
- Real estate, property management, or PE-backed multi-site experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise:
- Robust knowledge of employment law, HRIS/ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office/365.
- Proven track record designing and scaling recruitment processes in high-growth environments.
- Skilled in data-driven storytelling—translating HR metrics into clear business recommendations.
- Attributes: High integrity, bias for action, low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply and earns trust at all levels.
