Corporate Paralegal

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Paralegal. The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and supporting attorneys in various tasks. Daily tasks also include communication with clients, coordinating legal transactions, and ensuring all corporate filings and records are maintained accurately.

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication and Research skills
• Experience with Document Review
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with corporate governance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
