Key Responsibilities

• Represent leading domestic and international brands in trademark matters

• Conduct U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution

• Provide strategic counseling on brand protection and enforcement

• Handle opposition, cancellation, and domain name disputes

• Collaborate with attorneys across IP, corporate, and litigation teams

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of trademark law experience

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

• Excellent legal research, writing, and client communication skills

• Prior large firm experience strongly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
