Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Warehouse Associate to join a service team in the Malvern, PA area. This position is responsible for supporting the assembly, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of pumps, valves, instruments, and various process equipment in our in-house facility. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is eager to support field service projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label, and store incoming materials and components accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels through cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Track usage and assist in restocking and reordering parts as needed.
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verifying items against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and labeling machines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and logistics operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and assembly drawings
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus
