About the Position:

Allied Resources is looking for a Project Manager for an exciting Full-time opportunity with a forward thinking and innovative Life Sciences EPC firm. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead business acquisition efforts including proposal development, pre-bid meetings, and coordination with sales and design teams for resource planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-construction, Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, and BIM/VDC to ensure alignment with project and business objectives.
• Develop and manage Project Execution Plans, schedules, manpower plans, budgets, earned value tracking, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial goals are met while managing internal/external meetings, reporting, and client relationships.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to project managers, engineers, and technical staff; support professional development and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and standard operating procedures; foster innovation across teams.
• Support quality assurance by contributing to project-specific quality plans and helping enhance the overall quality management system.
• Demonstrate advanced client management, organizational, and communication skills with a strong focus on results, team leadership, and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering (from accredited program) – preferred
• 7+ Years Experience as a PM and/or a related firm
• Proficient in PM tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other MS Applications
