Superintendent

About the Role:

We’re hiring a seasoned Superintendent to lead high-end commercial interior renovation projects in the Dallas market. This role will start with two premier downtown office buildouts—one for a law firm, another for a mortgage company—so we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with high standards, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of interior construction.

The ideal candidate has a history of successfully managing interior buildouts in occupied and fast-paced environments, with a sharp eye for quality, safety, and schedule. You'll be expected to manage all field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the primary onsite representative of the project team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations and site activities on commercial interior renovation projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring scope, quality, and schedules are met
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with jobsite standards
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to maintain alignment and address field issues
• Lead site meetings and maintain detailed documentation (RFIs, daily logs, inspections)
• Ensure top-tier finishes and client satisfaction, especially for law office and high-end tenant improvement (TI) spaces

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor (GC)
• Proven track record managing interior buildouts and tenant improvement projects , ideally for law firms, office spaces, or other high-end commercial clients
• Strong working knowledge of local subcontractor market in Dallas-Fort Worth
• Background with reputable, name-brand GCs is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated job stability (no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years )
