Earn $750 – $2,000 per week! Paid time off + Highest commission rate in Florida (11%)

JL Closets, a premier custom closet company based in Boca Raton, FL, is looking for skilled and detail-oriented Closet Installers to join our growing team in the Palm Beach area.

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom storage solutions and offer unmatched earning potential, including 11% commission per job installed —the highest in the Florida market—plus competitive hourly pay and paid time off .

What You'll Do:

• Install custom closets, garage cabinets, and storage systems in residential homes
• Review designs and materials to ensure installation accuracy
• Load and unload installation vans; drive to job sites
• Deliver clean, precise craftsmanship with a focus on quality
• Provide professional, courteous service to our clients

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in closet or cabinet installation, carpentry, or similar trades
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
