Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Setting: Level II Trauma Center with 16 ORs, OB suites, endoscopy,
Visa Sponsorship: Not available

• Shift Flexibility: Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts

• Call Schedule:

  • Weekend Call: Quarterly rotation (Friday Sunday mix) assigned fairly via random generator

  • Weekday Call: One 7P 7A call shift every 6 weeks (Mon Thurs)

  • Providers are not assigned call adjacent to approved PTO weeks

• Case Variety: General and complex cases including:

  • Kidney transplants, thoracic, neuro, bariatrics, orthopedics (trauma), OB, GYN, regional blocks, vascular, MRI/CT

• Collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment

• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $30,000 (3-year work commitment required)
