Seeking a Board Certified CRNA to join our dedicated anesthesia team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality anesthesiology services in a mission-driven healthcare setting that values human dignity and social justice .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services for adult and pediatric patients

• Perform general, regional, and IV sedation anesthesia, including:

  • General surgical, thoracic, obstetric, and pediatric anesthesia

  • Regional blocks and IV regional anesthesia

• Provide pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-operative monitoring

• Respond to anesthesia-related codes as required

• Maintain adherence to professional standards and hospital protocols

Practice Details:

• Team: Collaborative anesthesia team with OR leadership and surgical staff

• Technology: Cerner EMR

• Malpractice: Clean malpractice preferred; no supervision-required providers accepted

• Visa Support: Open to H-1B candidates (J-1 not accepted)

• Locums: Not accepted

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) REQUIRED

• Iowa License (or eligibility via IMLC) REQUIRED

• Experience with both Adult & Pediatric anesthesia procedures REQUIRED

• BLS certification REQUIRED (or within 3 months of hire)

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications REQUIRED (or within 1 year)

• 5+ years of CRNA experience PREFERRED

• Clean malpractice PREFERRED

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $225,000 $260,000 (based on experience and location)

• $60,000 sign-on bonus
